Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2+ years in healthcare IT application support or systems analysis.
- Experience supporting a PACE organization or PACE EHR software.
- Familiar with ARxium, StatSafe and/or ESI kiosks.
Responsibilities
- Bridge between business units, engineering, and support teams.
- Manage SLAs and ensure alignment with customer priorities.
- Lead incident escalation and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
- Provide non-technical status updates to stakeholders during outages.
- Monitor ticket queues and analyze trends to prevent issues.
- Conduct onsite visits to assess system performance and user satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement and support major deployments.
