GovCIO is seeking a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support VA's Ambient Scribe rollout, aligning clinical workflows with digital health tools. The role coordinates across clinical teams, vendors, and VA leadership to translate field learnings into actionable recommendations, including testing interfaces between VistA and Ambient Scribe solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts and building repeatable processes.
• Ability to coordinate across vendors, technical teams and program stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team.
• Manage project status, schedules and reporting.
• Direct project design, implementation and testing to meet objectives.
• Define requirements and plan lifecycle deployment.
• Supervise professional and technical staff.
• Coordinate tasks across teams to achieve results.
• Summarize findings with leadership-ready recommendations.
• Ensure documentation and prioritization of issues and proper escalation.
• Maintain quality standards and review project deliverables.
• Lead project meetings and tracking/analysis/reporting.
