Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support the VA as Ambient Scribe rolls out. The role coordinates IMS, enterprise readiness and sustainment, working with clinical teams, vendors and VA leadership to turn field learnings into actionable recommendations.

This remote position requires interfacing testing between VistA and Ambient Scribe, troubleshooting in real time and validating workflows against operational requirements to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience leading testing/evaluation and building repeatable processes.
• Experience coordinating across vendors, technical teams and program stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Turns findings into clear summaries and recommendations for leadership.
• Makes sure issues are documented, prioritized, and sent to the right people.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
