Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support the VA with Ambient Scribe rollout. The role oversees integrated schedules, enterprise readiness, and sustainment, coordinating across clinical teams, vendors, and VA leadership to translate field learnings into actionable recommendations.

Remote work is available nationwide. Responsibilities include coordinating testing, validating workflows, and guiding technical issue escalation, with emphasis on collaboration and clear communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare or health IT roles.
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts and building repeatable processes.
• Ability to coordinate across vendors, technical teams and program stakeholders.
• Strong writing, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team and monitor status and reports.
• Direct project lifecycle from design through deployment and testing.
• Coordinate with vendors and VA leadership to align on requirements and timelines.
• Document issues, escalate appropriately, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare summaries and recommendations for leadership based on findings.
