Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support the VA as Ambient Scribe rolls out. The role leads IMS, enterprise readiness and sustainment, coordinating clinical teams, vendors, and VA leadership to translate field learnings into actionable recommendations.

Remote within the United States, with a focus on interface testing between VistA and Ambient Scribe solutions and real-time troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Healthcare experience required.
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts and building repeatable processes.
• Experience coordinating across vendors, technical teams and program stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Manages the direction of a project through design, implementation, and testing.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish results.
• Turns findings into clear summaries and recommendations for leadership.
• Ensures issues are documented, prioritized, and sent to the right people.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for tracking, analysis and reporting.
