Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs as it rolls out Ambient Scribe, a tool that helps clinicians document patient visits. This role leads Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), enterprise readiness and sustainment, working across clinical teams, technical vendors, and VA leadership to turn field learnings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in health IT or program management.
• Healthcare experience is required.
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts and building repeatable processes.
• Experience coordinating across vendors, technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team and manage schedules.
• Define requirements and plan lifecycle deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors and teams to deliver results.
• Summarize findings and provide leadership-ready recommendations.
• Ensure issues are documented and escalated appropriately.
• Oversee quality and project deliverables, tracking and reporting.
