Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support the VA as it scales Ambient Scribe. The role coordinates across clinical teams, vendors and VA leadership to translate field learnings into actionable recommendations, while ensuring system readiness and sustained operations.

The position is fully remote within the United States, requiring clearance eligibility and strong project leadership, communication, and healthcare IT experience to drive enterprise deployments and cross-team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT or management.
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts and building repeatable processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate across vendors, technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans and manages multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitors progress, generates status reports, and aligns with objectives.
• Leads design, implementation, and testing to meet contract goals.
• Defines requirements and plans deployment across project lifecycle.
• Ensures quality and escalates issues to the right stakeholders.
• Speaks with leadership to summarize findings and recommendations.
