Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals from intake to closure, ensuring timely access to specialty care.
• Manage the prior authorization lifecycle: submission, tracking, follow-up, and appeals.
• Facilitate patient scheduling and care coordination across providers and payers.
• Maintain complete referral records and communication logs.
• Monitor referral status to reduce delays and improve patient access.
• Support pre/post-visit activities and referrals to ensure care continuity.
