Indigenous Pact PBC, Inc. is seeking a Clinic Referral Coordinator for a remote role primarily serving California.

The coordinator will manage referrals, prior authorizations, scheduling, and patient communications to ensure timely access to specialty care in a remote healthcare environment. The role requires at least two years of related experience, strong organization and communication skills, and familiarity with EHR systems and payer portals.

• Minimum two years in referral coordination or related healthcare support
• Knowledge of insurance eligibility and prior authorization processes
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare documentation standards

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate referrals from intake through closure and ensure timely access to specialty care
• Manage prior authorization lifecycle including submission, tracking, and appeals
• Schedule patients and coordinate care across providers, clinics, and payers
• Maintain complete referral records and communications logs
• Monitor referral status to reduce delays and improve patient access to care
