Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from Medical Assisting program or CMA/RMA certification preferred.
• Experience with EHR and clerical duties in a medical setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals by reviewing orders for completeness and appropriateness.
• Obtain insurance authorization and attach documents to electronic records.
• Communicate referral details to patients and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Upload and file clinical documents and 340B information as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and provide professional customer service.
