You will handle inbound inquiries, process service requests, and coordinate scheduling from project initiation to report delivery. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or dispatch, are fluent in professional English, and comfortable using CRMs or scheduling software in a fully remote setup with a dedicated home

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, dispatch, or client operations (technical/engineering services a plus).
• Clear, professional English communication (written and spoken).
• Tech-savvy with experience using ticketing tools, CRMs, or scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound client communications via email, phone, and online portals with speed and professionalism.
• Assist clients with booking GPR scanning, utility locating, and site investigations.
• Log project scope, site accessibility, and contact details into scheduling systems.
