Job summary

Beyond Finance seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the caring voice for clients in hardship programs, guiding them from enrollment through graduation in a remote environment.

The role emphasizes empathetic communication, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience and retention. Training completes before handling inquiries independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant call center experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish (preferred / not required).
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection with ethernet (Required).
• Strong computer technical skills with the ability to learn and navigate complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• You operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy and kindness to customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and can independently handle routine and complex client inquiries.
• Have a people-focused approach and solution mindset, you’re an effective problem solver.
• Effective at time management, planning & organizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful and caring customer service over high-volume calls, responding to client requests and educating them on programs.
• Identify, analyze and resolve client issues to deliver first-call resolution and maintain client relationships.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication, excel at customer interaction, and deliver practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain positive client relations and collaborate with other departments to handle requests promptly.
• Work independently and with a team to drive retention through product knowledge and service quality.
• Operate and troubleshoot a desktop computer, navigate multiple systems, and document activities in the CRM.
