Job summary

Beyond Finance is seeking a Retention Specialist to support our financial hardship program customers through inbound calls, educating them on available options and helping them stay in the program. You will deescalate concerns, empathize with financial difficulties, and guide clients in navigating the program.

In this role you will use our CRM to access client data, analyze financial situations, and craft customized solutions that align with the client’s goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
• Strong negotiation and de-escalation skills.
• Tech-savvy with CRM proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about the program and options.
• Deescalate upset clients and resolve concerns.
• Navigate CRM to access and document client progress.
• Assess financial situations and advise best options.
• Retain clients by offering customized solutions.
• Meet retention targets and contribute to team goals.
• Provide top-notch customer service over phone and other channels.
