• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route inbound calls using Genesys Cloud with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve routine client inquiries and minimize call transfers.
• Document client interactions and update case information in internal systems.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and ensure time-sensitive documents are processed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
