Job summary

TopDog Law, a nationally scaling personal injury firm, is seeking a Client Success Receptionist to greet clients, medical providers, courts, and callers with professionalism and empathy. You will handle inbound calls, route to the right attorney or staff, and maintain accurate records to support a seamless client experience.

The role also covers mail flow, document handling, and general office tasks in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, route to the appropriate attorney or staff, and document interactions.
• Manage daily mail flow and distribute time‑sensitive correspondence.
• Maintain organized records in Filevine and Microsoft Office tools.
• Meet service level expectations and protect client confidentiality.
