Job summary

TopDog Law, a fully remote national personal injury firm, seeks a Client Success Receptionist to greet clients, medical providers, courts, and callers with professionalism and empathy. You will answer and route inbound calls using Genesys Cloud, manage the daily flow of mail and time-sensitive documents, and document interactions in Filevine and other systems.

Strong communication, organization, and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Receptionist, customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing technology including Genesys Cloud, Filevine, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and route to the appropriate party.
• Resolve common inquiries on first contact when possible.
• Document client interactions accurately in case systems.
• Monitor voicemail and ensure timely routing.
• Protect client and firm information according to policy.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier shipments.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure prompt document delivery.
