• Execute comprehensive engagement and communication strategy to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Perform quarterly customer business reviews with key stakeholders on product, strategy, growth, and performance.
• Document client activity in Salesforce; gain insight into Baylor Genetics client contacts.
