The role supports enrollments and waiver processes, coordinates with onboarding teams, and maintains compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies. The position offers a hybrid schedule with the Grapevine, TX office, and opportunities to collaborate across management, account executives, and support

Qualifikationen

• Solid 3–5 years of relevant work experience in supporting relationship managers or client-facing roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Project and Excel.
• BA or BS Degree desirable.

Aufgaben

• Work with management, account executives, and onboarding teams to obtain requirements and process documentation.
• Ensure service procedures for assigned accounts are in place and training across teams is sustained.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility and conformity to standards.
• Coordinate orientations for clients as needed.
• Resolve enrollment escalations using internal tools.
• Serve as client contact for claims and ledger billing inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
