Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Prior experience in account coordination or related field preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client account management and program execution with Program Leads.
• Maintain rosters, track headcount, territories, onboarding/offboarding status.
• Serve as a primary client communications contact and ongoing support.
• Coordinate client deliverables and ensure timely follow-up on items.
• Partner with recruiting, operations, training, and leadership to meet client needs.
• Maintain records, reporting, and documentation across internal systems.
• Monitor account activity and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare client reports, status updates, and presentations.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, project coordination, and operations initiatives.
• Help ensure client satisfaction through responsiveness and attention to detail.
• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
