Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and build long-term relationships.
• Lead client onboarding and coordinate with internal teams for a smooth experience.
• Monitor project progress, turnaround times, quality, and SLAs.
• Address client concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Take end-to-end ownership of issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Identify risks, investigate root causes, and implement proactive solutions.
• Track performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
