Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a remote Client Success Manager to own relationships with a portfolio of high-profile clients, translating data into insights and driving improvements in customer experience and reputation management. You will lead executive-level reviews and work across teams to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client services, ideally within customer experience or insights.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate data and identify trends.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of client accounts (approx. 30).
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead business reviews and share client experience insights and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with clients to define program goals, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage account health, client satisfaction, renewals, and retention efforts.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution.
• Track account performance metrics and address risks and opportunities.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
