This is a remote role open to candidates willing to work US business hours, coordinating with specialists in Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, DSP, Creative, and Analytics to deliver client ROI and scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account/Client Success Management in performance or digital marketing.
• Acted as primary point of contact for multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and optimization logic.
• Experience with paid advertising across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/DSP.
• Proven track record of improving client retention or growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and success planning with clients, defining goals and roadmaps.
• Lead client relationships and recurring meetings, aligning expectations from day one.
• Drive performance management by interpreting results against business metrics and coordinating actions.
• Identify growth opportunities through expansions, tests, and new initiatives tied to client objectives.
• Manage account health, retention, renewal, and risk with value delivery across a multi-client portfolio.
