Job summary

Measure Marketing (MMR) is seeking a Customer Success Manager to maintain client relationships and drive measurable SEO, AI search, and PPC outcomes. You will translate metrics into clear client narratives, manage projects in ClickUp, and coordinate cross-functional teams while protecting scope and margins.

You will use GA4, Search Console and dashboards to explain changes and guide strategy, with a focus on NA-based clients and a remote-first model across LATAM/Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or account management at a digital marketing agency, SEO/SaaS company or similar B2B service.
• Working understanding of SEO and PPC, plus curiosity and knowledge of AI search, GEO and AEO.
• Comfort with GA4, Search Console and dashboard data, and ability to explain changes.
• Proven ability to turn data into a clear, persuasive story for owners and executives.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for research and reporting.
• Experience running projects in ClickUp or similar (Asana, Monday) and keeping HubSpot clean.
• Confidence in tough conversations, scope creep and at-risk renewals.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken, with North American clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and be the main contact for clients.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reviews to show progress and plan next steps.
• Read and flag budgets, spend, and cost per lead; ensure pipeline growth.
• Coordinate SEO, PPC, content, and web teams while protecting scope and margin.
• Turn data into monthly value stories and draft client-friendly reports.
