Job summary

Finch is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) to own a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, driving strategy, ROAS, and client ROI. You will coordinate across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, DSP, Creative, and Analytics, guiding a cross-functional team to deliver prioritized outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in performance marketing client management, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and availability for US business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or client success in performance/digital marketing.
• Primary POC for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals: paid advertising, attribution, KPIs, optimization logic.
• Proven track record of improving client retention or growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and success planning: set goals, KPIs, priorities, and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Lead client relationship and communication: run recurring meetings, manage stakeholders, document next steps.
• Drive account performance: interpret results vs business metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC vs LTV, organic growth) and coordinate actions.
• Identify and scope growth opportunities: expansions, tests, new initiatives tied to performance signals.
• Manage account health, renewal, and risk: flag risks early and ensure value delivery across a multi-client portfolio.
