The Human Reach is seeking a Client Success Associate to ensure quality client support, community engagement, and administrative efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in assisting clients, managing communications, and handling administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or client success.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and email management platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in PST.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: respond to helpdesk tickets within 24 hours and label requests accurately.
• Community Management: manage and moderate the Facebook Group and engage with posts.
• Coaching Support: post coaching reminders, upload recordings, assist in live sessions.
• Client Success Updates: share wins and maintain coaching call records.
• Administrative Support: update LinkedIn, resume files, track submissions and follow-ups.
