Job summary

Cuvo Health is seeking a Client Success Manager to own the full client lifecycle, from contract execution through launch and ongoing account management. You will serve as the primary contact for an assigned client portfolio, ensuring timely launches, service quality, retention and growth.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will coordinate with Engineering, Compliance and Clinical teams to meet milestones and maintain documentation, pricing accuracy and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer success, implementation or account management in B2B software/healthcare.
• Ability to manage multiple client implementations against timelines.
• Experience with regulatory, compliance or financial documentation (certifications, licensing, KYC).
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new clients from contract to launch with timelines.
• Manage implementation workstreams across payment, pharmacy, and platform config.
• Prepare and manage regulatory applications including LegitScript.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet launch milestones.
• Be primary contact for assigned client portfolio and ensure service levels.
• Maintain client pricing, product catalogs and documentation.
• Oversee monthly business reviews and growth opportunities.
• Develop status reporting and onboarding documentation.
