Cuvo Health is hiring an Account Manager to guide new clients through onboarding, coordinate launches across internal teams, and remain their primary contact once live. The role suits someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable owning a client relationship end to end.

You will manage day-to-day client relationships, lead kickoff calls, coordinate with development, compliance, and pharmacy partners, and communicate across phone, video, text, email, Slack, and Teams.

Qualifikationen

• Located in the Richmond, VA area and hybrid schedule.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts across stages.
• A strong communicator by phone, on video, and in writing, with a warm, professional manner.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of clients as their Cuvo contact.
• Lead onboarding for new clients: kickoff calls and document collection.
• Coordinate launches with internal teams including development, compliance, and pharmacy partners.
• Handle client communication across channels: phone, video, text, email, Slack, and Teams.
• Resolve issues directly or route to appropriate team and follow through.
• Maintain accurate, current account records in internal systems.
• Conduct proactive check-ins to ensure client success.
