Job summary

RYNO Strategic Solutions, a leading digital marketing agency, seeks a Client Success Manager to join our growing team. You will be the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and driving retention through strategic marketing plans with internal experts.

You will guide client strategy, help generate leads and optimize costs while differentiating brands. Collaboration with analysts and strategists is essential to deliver measurable results and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management in a fast-growing digital marketing agency with strong client-facing experience.
• Experience driving revenue growth by securing new business and upselling solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for handling escalations and collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Media and/or SEO, with proficiency in Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and GA4.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Ads Search/Display, and GA4 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sophisticated, customized marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Define and drive the marketing strategy for each client.
• Communicate with clients via phone/email/Zoom weekly; manage projects in the PM system.
• Analyze data from Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and other platforms to create actionable insights and reports.
• Foster relationships with strategic partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Grow services delivered and revenues generated within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with analysts/strategists to align with client goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge marketing tactics.
• Mentor Client Success Coordinators and build strong client relationships.
