Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Manager, Client Success to join our Gaps in Care team. You will maintain and grow relationships with enterprise clients, align strategies with quality improvement and health outcomes, and drive retention and growth across a defined book of business.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, manage forecasts, and lead trainings to empower teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of customer-facing experience are required, with Salesforce proficiency and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 years’ customer-facing experience in roles such as customer success, account management, customer support and/or sales managing complex health plan customers and growth/retention.
• Experience using Salesforce tools such as Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance client relationships with existing customers by creating strategies that support client and internal business objectives.
• Identify expansion and portfolio performance opportunities by understanding client strategic initiatives and solving for quality improvement and health outcomes.
• Be accountable for client retention and satisfaction, understanding client needs and pain points related to quality performance and gaps in care solutions.
• Serve as a consultative partner to enterprise clients, delivering plans to retain and grow impact in line with client goals.
• Communicate client goals to internal teams, acting as quarterback for delivery of those goals.
