Job summary

Partner Company in the United States is seeking an Engagement Manager, NetSuite Consulting to lead complex NetSuite projects and guide a team of consultants across multiple client engagements.

You will drive discovery, design, deployment, and post-go-live support, translating business requirements into practical system designs while shaping client transformations and go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in business/CS/IS or related field.
• 6+ years of NetSuite configuration/consulting/admin experience.
• Experience leading 5+ consultants across multiple engagements.
• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant or Administrator) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 10 consultants across client engagements.
• Advise on NetSuite functionality, best practices, and architecture.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, and design.
• Design configurations and document requirements and designs.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and change control.
• Oversee full-cycle NetSuite implementations from planning to support.
• Drive data migration strategies and go-live activities.
• Support business development and internal knowledge sharing.
