Bamboo Works is seeking a Client Success Manager to own the client journey from onboarding through long-term account management. You will partner with clients to build remote teams, coordinate recruitment, support contractors, and identify opportunities to grow teams over time.

Formación

• 3+ years in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, or another client-facing role.
• Proven experience managing long-term client relationships with focus on retention and growth.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing several projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling challenging client conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong commercial awareness with a client-first mindset.
• Comfortable learning about different industries and business models.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client relationship from onboarding through long-term partnership.
• Lead onboarding, hiring kick-offs, and calibration sessions for alignment and success.
• Develop deep understanding of each client's business, hiring strategy, and growth plans.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Proactively identify challenges, manage expectations, and deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Drive long-term client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Translate hiring requirements into clear recruitment briefs for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Partner with recruiters throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment progress, timelines, and candidate pipelines.
• Keep clients informed with proactive communication and regular updates.
• Ensure every placement reflects Bamboo Works' commitment to quality and service.
• Support contractors throughout their engagement with Bamboo Works.
• Conduct onboarding and regular performance check-ins.
• Help contractors integrate successfully into clients' teams.
• Identify and address potential performance concerns early.
• Facilitate constructive conversations between clients and contractors when needed.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, recruiters, contractors, sales, and leadership.
• Keep projects moving efficiently while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client accounts with organization and attention to detail.
• Continuously improve internal processes to enhance client experience.
• Identify opportunities to help clients expand their remote teams.
• Recommend additional roles and staffing solutions that support business growth.
• Recognize account expansion opportunities through regular client conversations.
• Contribute to long-term growth of Bamboo Works and its clients.
