Job summary

Limitless Agency, a done-for-you Meta advertising and appointment-setting agency, is hiring a remote Client Success Manager for medspas and aesthetic wellness clients across the United States.

You will own the client experience for about 40 accounts, overseeing onboarding, campaign launches, ongoing service, retention, and renewals, acting as the bridge between clients and creative, media buying, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in client success, account management, or a client-facing agency role.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.
• Empathy, ownership, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured client onboarding, coordinate handoffs from sales to delivery, set expectations, and document client goals and success metrics.
• Manage a portfolio of about 40 client relationships with regular check-ins.
• Respond to client messages within 24 hours on business days.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Identify at-risk accounts early and coordinate renewal/retention efforts.
• Translate client concerns into actionable tasks for delivery teams and follow through to resolution.
• Prepare client-facing performance updates and maintain a health dashboard for leadership.
