Job summary

Limitless Agency is seeking a confident Client Success Manager to own relationships with medical-practice clients, diagnose marketing performance, and provide strategic guidance across internal teams. You'll lead onboarding, review calls, and translate metrics into actionable recommendations.

This fully remote role with core hours in Eastern Time offers a base compensation of USD 3,000–3,500 per month, plus upsell commissions, retention bonuses, and quarterly performance incentives to reward

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Meta Ads and performance marketing.
• Experience serving medical practices or healthcare businesses.
• Excellent spoken and written English, executive presence.
• Proven client-facing experience in account management, marketing strategy, or a consultative role.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and guide clinic teams through GoHighLevel training and workflows.
• Run weekly client performance calls during the first six weeks post-launch.
• Analyze cost per lead, cost per booked consultation, speed to lead, and patient conversion metrics.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in lead quality and follow-up, then recommend actionable improvements.
• Coach clinics on follow-up processes, call activity, and conversion improvements.
• Collaborate with media buying, creative, and operations teams to adjust campaigns and resolve issues.
• Own client communication, satisfaction, account health, and retention; identify risks and follow through.
• Identify opportunities to add services, coordinate approvals, and collect payment when appropriate.
