Job summary

Oxford Road, the world’s largest podcast advertising agency, seeks a Client Success Lead to own relationships, drive growth, and coordinate cross-functional teams across campaigns. You will ensure proactive communication, data-driven insights, and strategic client stewardship to maximize outcomes for top advertisers.

You’ll partner with Growth and Analytics to surface expansion opportunities, manage weekly reporting, and own the client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external client calls for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across media, creative, analytics, and growth.
• Own weekly performance review process and deliver insights with a clear POV.
• QC dashboards and client-facing materials to ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify growth signals and surface expansion opportunities with the Growth team.
• Own the QBR process end-to-end and present strategic outcomes.
