Job summary

WithMe, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to build, manage, and grow client relationships across a dedicated book of business in a fully remote role.

You will focus on proactive communication, retention, and upsell opportunities while coordinating with cross-functional teams to elevate the client experience. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in client success/account management, strong Salesforce proficiency, and a track record of driving retention and growth in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client success/account management experience
• Experience in multi-family segment is very helpful
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and resolve issues
• Experience conducting welcome calls, client reviews, creating/presenting
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Target-driven with retention, upsell, cross-sell goals
• Salesforce used to manage data, analyze metrics, and support reporting
• Startup/tech experience is a plus
• SaaS sales experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships across your book from post-installation through contract lifecycle
• Build proactive client relationships focused on engagement, satisfaction, and retention
• Conduct QBRs, present performance insights, and deliver actionable recommendations
• Establish regular communication with onboarded clients and nearing renewal
• Identify and address risks early to reduce churn and improve retention
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities with tailored solutions
• Monitor change-of-ownership contract processes to prevent account loss
• Use Salesforce to track activity, analyze metrics, and generate insights
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to resolve client concerns
• Represent WithMe in client meetings and events as advocate
