PrismHR is seeking a Senior Client Success Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients, drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption. This role covers post-implementation onboarding through offboarding, with cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and resolve issues.

Some domestic travel may be required, and regular on-site attendance is essential to access systems and participate in meetings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years in consultative, multi-client account management in HCM or SaaS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Manage a portfolio of clients, driving satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee full client lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Define metrics and proof points; conduct business reviews.
• Onboard new accounts and drive product adoption.
