KENTECH Consulting Inc. is seeking a remote Client Success Account Manager to nurture long‑term client relationships and drive account growth from onboarding through renewals.

You will coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure exceptional service. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills, with 3+ years in customer success or account management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or related client-facing role.
• Experience with background screening, SaaS, or professional services preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and drive retention.
• Experience identifying upsell, cross-sell, or renewal opportunities.
• Collaboration with sales, operations and leadership to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell based on client needs.
• Manage onboarding, activation, training, renewals, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product to deliver solutions.
• Monitor client health and satisfaction, address risks to retention.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and document account activity.
