Axios is hiring a Client Success Account Manager to support our advertising team, leading post-sale account management from kickoff to wrap. You will partner with Client Partnerships on pre-sale efforts, helping develop thoughtful media plans and product recommendations based on client goals.

Ideal candidates collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive client retention, and use analytics to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of digital campaign planning and execution in a publisher or agency environment.
• Experience developing media plans and campaign strategies based on client objectives and budgets.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention, identify growth opportunities, and support media planning for long-term value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns across Axios product suite.
• Own post-sale campaign elements from kickoff through production, launch, and reporting.
• Pull reports and use analytics to make data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Support pre-sale needs with proposals, RFP responses, and media planning.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with team and company goals.
