Job summary

Sales Match is seeking a Client Success Agent to help clients use our service confidently. This fully remote role lets you work from home in Indiana, with a 40-hour weekly schedule across digital channels.

You will answer questions, guide onboarding, and coordinate with the support team and account contacts. No experience required, but clear written communication and the ability to document in Zendesk/Salesforce are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Clear written communication and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming client emails and tickets to identify request and urgency.
• Check account details in CRM before responding using verification steps.
• Explain service features and procedures using approved information.
• Guide onboarding steps and show clients how to find resources.
• Log interaction notes and actions for teammates.
• Escalate unusual requests with context to the team lead.
• Close tickets only after completion criteria are met.
• Maintain quality through timely responses and follow-up.
