Talentoma is seeking an entry-level Client Success Agent. You will answer client questions, clarify service information, and guide clients with clear next steps. You will work within the client support team under a team lead, coordinating with clients and internal contacts to ensure accurate updates and timely actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level; no experience required, related support roles okay.
• Familiarity with client support workflows and tracking requests.
• Ability to learn SugarCRM and Gladly for client interaction tracking.
• Clear written communication and professional conversation skills.
• Good judgment in handling incomplete requests and escalating when needed.
• Organized notes and steady flow of client questions.
• Requires reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work from a desk-based home workspace in Texas, United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor an assigned queue for incoming client questions via emails, chats, and tickets and prioritize by urgency.
• Review client profiles and notes to ensure accurate, context-aware responses.
• Use SugarCRM to enter client details and outcomes after each contact.
• Use Gladly to create, update, organize, and close service tickets with clear notes.
• Explain available next steps in plain language and confirm client understanding.
• Ask focused follow-up questions when requests are incomplete.
• Follow up on open requests and update ticket notes with outcomes.
• Escalate issues outside guidance to the customer service team lead.
• Coordinate with internal contacts to obtain updates and communicate confirmed information to clients.
• Maintain quality through accuracy, timely turnaround, complete notes, and consistent follow-up.
