TubeScience is seeking a hands-on Client Solutions Analyst to create operating leverage for the Client Solutions group. You will partner with leaders to prepare executive-ready client materials and ensure clarity, consistency, and follow-through across the team.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment, translating data into polished client-facing materials for executive and client audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presenting or supporting executive materials in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to produce executive-ready presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Calm, mature presence with tactful follow-up when action is needed.
• Professional English communication, written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Produce executive-ready client materials in Google Slides and written formats.
• Coordinate inputs across cross-functional teams and track dependencies.
• Quality-check deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and branding.
• Maintain templates, notes, and documentation for quick access.
• Support meeting prep, agendas, logistics, and action-follow through.
