TubeScience is seeking a highly capable Client Solutions Analyst to create operating leverage for the Client Solutions area. You’ll partner with Client Solutions leaders to prepare executive-ready and client-ready materials.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving remote environment across time zones, translating information into clear client-facing content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presentation production or executive support.
• Strong ability to format executive-ready decks in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Hands-on mindset with bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Produce executive-ready client materials in slides and communications.
• Coordinate inputs across cross-functional teams and track dependencies.
• Quality-check deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Organize shared files, templates, meeting notes, and operating docs.
• Support meeting prep, agendas, materials, logistics, decision tracking, and follow-up.
