Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate, Client Media Solutions to support the day-to-day success of our client media strategy and execution. You will help craft tactical recommendations, handle campaign operations, and contribute to media plan integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in client-facing media roles, strong written communication, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in client-facing roles within media.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is desired but not essential.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Able to enter data and complete projects with accuracy.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Highly motivated to assist others on the team.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Desire to continually learn and improve.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed.

Mansioni

• Aid in creation of tactical recommendations by gathering vendor proposals, tracking submissions, deploying target lists and NDAs, and building any support content for the team0
• Enter and submit campaign operations requests, such as tag request forms, screenshot decks, and creative rotations.
• Contributes to integrity of media plan flowcharts, media plan, budget summaries, and buy specs.
• Aid increative assets documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including managing availability requests and calendar setups.
• Assist with tracking campaign activities.
• Assist with managing media budgets including client and publisher invoicing, monthly and annual billing reconciliation, and building campaigns in Mediaocean/Prisma.
