Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a temporary Client Services Representative to support its Benefits Administration team. This position starts in September and runs through March 2027, offering remote work across the United States.

You will handle high volumes of inquiries, identify client needs, document interactions in the ticketing system, and maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering accurate, empathetic service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years of customer service experience with high level of customer engagement.
• A basic understanding of health insurance terminology is preferred.
• Ability to effectively work in a remote contact center environment.
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency with a PC and multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Support large volumes of inbound and outbound contacts promptly.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide next steps and solutions.
• Keep detailed records of contacts in the agent ticketing system.
• Maintain ownership of contact experience and resolution for assigned casework.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards and follow scripts and compliance guidelines.
