Job summary

TÜV SÜD America Inc. is seeking a Client Services Representative & Sales Development to coordinate customer inquiries and qualify sales leads across multiple channels.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to strengthen customer retention and generate qualified opportunities. Responsibilities include CRM data maintenance, pipeline support, and delivering professional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a technical or engineering sales environment
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM
• Working knowledge of sales pipeline management and lead qualification processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing needs

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify inbound leads based on customer needs and budget.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, web chat, LinkedIn, and route opportunities to sales reps.
• Coordinate communication between prospects, customers, and Sales for smooth handoffs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead generation and customer feedback.
• Serve as a liaison for inquiries related to scheduling, invoices, and reports.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Provide responsive, professional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
