Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a Client Services Representative & Sales Development to be the primary contact for clients and prospects through the customer lifecycle. You will qualify leads, respond via phone, email, and web chat, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing to drive qualified opportunities.

In this role you will maintain CRM records, support smooth handoffs, and help strengthen customer retention while delivering accurate, timely support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in a technical/engineering sales environment supporting leads and opportunities through a CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication, accuracy, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads based on needs, budget, and fit with TUV SUD products.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, web chat, LinkedIn, and route qualified opportunities.
• Coordinate communication between prospects, customers, and Sales for smooth handoffs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead generation and customer journey improvements.
• Serve as liaison for inquiries on scheduling, invoices, certificates, etc., with internal teams.
• Maintain CRM data and support pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Provide responsive, accurate customer support while managing multiple priorities.
