Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a Client Services Representative & Sales Development to coordinate customer inquiries and support a positive client experience throughout the lifecycle. You will qualify and route sales leads, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to strengthen retention and create qualified opportunities.

The role requires strong communication and CRM proficiency, plus the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years in a technical/engineering sales environment supporting leads and opportunities via CRM.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho or similar).
• Familiarity with sales pipeline management and lead qualification processes; able to convey technical products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify inbound leads based on customer needs, interest, budget, and fit with TUV SUD offerings.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, web chat, LinkedIn, and route qualified opportunities to sales reps.
• Coordinate communication between prospects, customers, and Sales for smooth handoffs and progression.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead generation, feedback, and improvements to the customer journey.
• Serve as a liaison for inquiries related to scheduling, invoices, certificates, and report verification.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and support pipeline tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide responsive, accurate customer support while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
