Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a Client Services Representative & Sales Development to manage inquiries, qualify leads, and route opportunities across Sales, Marketing, and support teams. You will coordinate client communications, maintain CRM records, and help strengthen the customer journey.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration and 1–2 years of CRM experience. Base salary is $64,000 with a 10% annual bonus; travel up to 20% may be required; on-site in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years in a technical or engineering sales environment with CRM.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads based on customer needs, budget, and fit with services.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, web chat, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative for timely follow-up.
• Coordinate communication between prospects, customers, and Sales to support handoffs and progression.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead generation and customer feedback to improve the journey.
• Maintain CRM data and support pipeline tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide responsive, accurate, and professional customer support while managing multiple priorities.
