Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a Client Services Representative & Sales Development to manage client inquiries and qualify leads across the customer lifecycle. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to strengthen retention and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Responsibilities include engaging prospects through various channels, routing opportunities to the right sales rep, and maintaining CRM data while supporting pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

• CRM experience across multiple platforms.
• Able to translate technical products to clients.
• Experience supporting leads, opportunities via CRM.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify inbound leads based on needs, budget, and fit.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, web chat, LinkedIn, and route opportunities to sales reps.
• Coordinate communication between prospects, customers, and Sales for smooth handoffs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead generation and improvements to the customer journey.
• Serve as a liaison for inquiries related to scheduling, invoices, certificates, and reports.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Provide responsive, professional support while managing multiple priorities.
