Job summary

Verified First is seeking a Client Services Representative in a fully remote capacity to assist clients, educate them on our products, and foster direct, positive relationships. The role emphasizes world-class service and meeting team goals around response and resolution times.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through searches, forms, billing training, and cross-department collaboration. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-service mindset with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office; Salesforce preferred.
• Experience in client services or call center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service for client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Meet the goals of the Client Service team around response times and resolution times for client cases.
• Educate clients on searches, forms needed for searches, and the adverse action process.
• Assist clients with creating new user accounts, processing orders, and training clients on how to use the background screening application.
• Train new clients on the billing process; assist other departments by obtaining information and forms from clients.
